Johnny holds a Master of Engineering from Cornell University, a Master of Management & Professional Accounting (MMPA) from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management, and a CPA, CA designation. His career spans engineering, Big Four advisory, and executive operating roles — starting at PricewaterhouseCoopers in audit & assurance before spending eight years at Deloitte across Finance Transformation, Intelligent Automation, Technology & Transformation, and M&A Advisory.

Through Blackfield Rotsch, Johnny delivers fractional CFO and CRO services to startups and SMBs in the $1M–$15M revenue range across fintech, cleantech, cloudtech, and media — focused on revenue growth, CFO advisory, commercialization, and operational performance. He currently serves as President of EMEA and Global VP of Finance at OneQode, a sovereign neocloud infrastructure company, and as CFO of SaiveUp Financial Corp.
